If you answered "YES" to the first question, we want you to consider volunteering to teach senior citizens to become computer literate. Our classes are groups of 6-10 interested seniors who may or may not yet own a computer, but who want to be able to communicate with their family (children and grand- children) about or with today's technology.

Our sponsors are IBM, U.S. West, City of Tucson, Arizona StarNet and the national SeniorNet organization.

We are planning an expansion and are in need of several additional volunteers. The ideal situation will be that you will volunteer NOW!

We will familiarize you with our program prior to your being assigned to a class then, ask you to instruct and/or coach in classes during the following and on going sessions as your schedule permits. We really feel that you'll fit right in with our group!

Classes meets once per week for five consecutive weeks for three hours (3 hours lecture) either mornings (9 am - noon) or afternoons (1pm - 4pm). We have classrooms at the Armory Senior Center at 220 5th Avenue and the Udall Center at 7200 East Tanque Verde Road in Tucson.

Let us know now of your interest, we'll start you immediately or at a later date when it's convenient for you!
